If there's a family, you can get the name of the head (i.e. father) and list their members, ages, and conditions. Be ready with the Missing Person form because someone may report that they were separated from another family member.</p> <p><strong>Organization Registry</strong><br /> This can be done by those working from home. What you can add though in this list are bridges, dams, and conditions of villages/subdivisions that may need rehabilitation or clearing, cleanup, restoration or criticality.</p> <p><strong>Missing Person Registry</strong><br /> As much as possible, we want this information close-to-verified. How? When we, ourselves know the person, we receive the information from an immediate family, or has somehow gotten a list from an authorized source like the police station or from the baranggay units (which would really be tough). If this is not the case, you can still list the name of the missing person (with the other data needed) and fill out the "Contact Person" as unverified.</p> <p>We are working on having the Sahana available again by 1800HRS. And importantly, if you can, get their names and their status, ie. sick, injured, critical health.</p> <p>2. If you are working just from home, continue gathering exact location information on situations from all over regarding (a) roads, dams and bridges with their location getting basic commuter info, ie. collapsed, critical, flooded, under restoration due to landslide, etc., and (b) electricity and water conditions.</p> <p>3. Missing persons with these info: name, age, address, last seen info (ie. dress, location), identifying marks, person to be contacted if found, contact information.</p> <p>4. List of organizations in aiding reliefs, donations, and rescues.</p> <p>There are sites and agencies that provide these lists and it will be helpful if you can also take note of these. An online form will also be available for this so you know where to look and who are assigned to do this.</p> <p>As much as we want to be precise, there would be instances that we would only be able to gather incomplete information. This can do for partial and unofficial data. Although what team Sahana wants to do is gather as much VERIFIED data as possible.</p> <p>Please note that we are also coordinating with agencies and NGOs for you to properly coordinate with them as soon as we complete the official persons to do this.</p> <p>An online checklist will be provided to you so that you'll know exactly which information, location or data to gather. This will also be available by 2000HRS tonight.
